Patient Dr. Kong is an excellent doctor, very caring and attentive. The staff is friendly, and their lab technician is the gentlest person in the world. Once you arrive for your scheduled appontment the wait can be pretty long before you see your physician; however, in most other offices you would have to call 2-3 weeks in advance to even schedule that appointment. With Premier Primary group they see you on the day you call, or -worse case scenario-, the following day.
Unprofessional doctors Some of the doctors are fine, but one in particular is so unprofessional. I overheard her talking about another pt. inappropriately-how embarrising fot that pt. there needs to be someone or a group to come in and witness some of the things that go on there...SAD
gets the job done but ... I had an appt here for an annual exam and physical. No one was friendly and the office and exam room weren't particularly clean. I sat on the table in the "robe" for over 35 minutes without being checked on. I was about 30 seconds away from calling the front desk or walking up there naked to try to get someone to pay attention to me or at least acknowledge that they knew I was there. The doctor was unfriendly and condescending. She acted quite inconvenienced.
hit or miss -- mostly miss I have had bad experiences with both the staff and the doctors -- well, one doctor in particular. I can almost understand and have come to expect a wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am experience in any doctor's office when scheduled for a particular complaint, such as, sore throat, ear ache, etc. However my most recent experience bordered on completely unacceptable.
Why am I being spoken to as if I were a twelve year old? Dr. Kong is a caring thoughtful doctor. However, her staff leaves much to be desired. I am admittedly not the best patient, I have been poked and prodded for most of my life and have a serious aversion to Dr. visits.
Impossible Scheduling, staff is not particularly helpful, doctors fine They have perhaps the most asinine scheduling practice of only allowing times within 24 hours of the call (or something thereabouts, but this is the most I cared to discover). I was questioned about why I had to "break" my appointment -- the reason being my wife scheduled it @ 10 AM for 4 PM (due to their $#@% policy). Great female doctors and friendly staff This practice is pretty new to Arlington. These are four fantastic lady doctors out of Georgetown University. They provide kind, state-of-the-art care. I recently became a patient of the office and was very impressed with all the staff. I feel my time waiting was minimal and that staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Stellar Care When I moved to Arlington, I was a little nervous because I thought about how much I liked my doctor back home. How would I find another doctors office that gave me the same care and attention? Well, I got lucky and found Premier Primary right away. My new doctor, Hey-Jin Kong, M.D., was thorough and attentive. She took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns.
