I’ve been to different medical centers, and honestly this is the first one where I actually felt welcome and cared. I will love to make this my primary care my long term clinic. From the moment we step in, we were received with a kind smile and joyful service. All work inside with the medical assistance team was great and the Doctor he was very nice and attentive. Thank you very much! We are looking forward to continuing our routine health care here!
Very confusing appointment experience. I made an appointment online which was easy, but then they called me and said multiple concerns would require multiple visits… I’ve never had a doctor not allow me to bring up multiple concerns in the same appointment. They also told me my appointment was too late in the day if any blood work was required because the lab tech gets off work at 2:45. This practice is a breath of fresh air in family medicine. You can tell it’s an independent private practice. It feels very different from the profit-first philosophy of the 3 major healthcare systems in Georgia. Dr. Patel listens and puts his patients first. The staff is also friendly.
