Everyone was very kind and caring! Dr Patel made sure i was comfortable and made my visit the smoothest one in years!!!
Gigi The staff and doctors were very Caring and courteous in handling my care. The appointment was thorough and informative I am amazed by the professionalism of the Dr. and the staff!
Zero stars. Stay away from this group. Unfair accounting practices. They will not honor well visits, instead coding them as office/sick visits, so that insurance won't pay. Good thing there are other quality options nearby. UPDATE: Did as they asked below and they refused to correct the error. Said there hands were tied. Zero stars.
Instead of sitting in the lobby at 9:30 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment, I’m home writing a negative review in a pretty high level of discomfort. I booked the appointment online yesterday (03/24), read all the disclosures, completed the new patient forms, and uploaded both the front and back of my insurance card. I left home at 9:00 AM. I missed a call at 9:08 and returned it at 9:10, because I was driving, like most people are when they’re on the way to an appointment.
