In the interest of full disclosure, Dr. O’Keefe is my wife. Therefore, I am biased here. However, I have watched her take care of our own kids, and I have watched her take care of other people. In short, she treats her patients as though they are members of her family. Hands down, she is the best physician in the Lansing area, if not the state. You will never meet a doctor who is more experienced, talented, knowledgeable, or dedicated than Dr. O’Keefe.
Dr O'Keefe and Jessica are fantastic. They are always kind and accommodating. Dr O'Keefe's use of the direct primary care model of service really shows how much better health care can be.
I was fortunate to find Dr. O'Keefe after the death of my daughter and feeling unknown by my family practice, where you never saw the same physician. From the initial meeting to the subsequent appointments, she offered me ample time to share my concerns and always provided the appropriate care necessary. Dr. O'Keefe is the best! I've chosen her and her facility as my primary care location. She is approachable, honest, caring, and always willing to listen! She does a great job with making sure what's being done is in your best interest. She is always willing to take the right steps in making sure you as the patient are best prepared for what you need.
