STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I went to get my battery replaced since it was under warranty. The customer service and communication was awful. The guy inside in the back was just sitting looking at his phone and he didn’t came out until I ring the bell 🛎️ When he came out he just looked at me like, what do you want. I left without a replacement, I will never go back. I went to NAPA auto parts and they were awesome, very helpful, got a new battery.
Honest..excellent work..if that shop doesn't have what u need, no one does..Ty Ace
Unfortunately I was a fool and did not check inside prior to leaving the establishment when my alternator was replaced, and battery was charged/cleaned. I should have because I discovered 2-3 months later they never put the strap back onto my battery which led to it moving around and for my battery wiring to hang on by a thread due to severe breakage. So, they essentially stole my battery strap as well. Cause it was never put back. Alternator works great though and battery was cleaned well. 👍
They are always very helpful, community forward, and reasonable. I really appreciate having them in our town. Shane helped me and was very nice and fixed my problem so I could get back on the road again in no time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
