I went to the Lake Wales store a couple of Mondays back, gates were locked, 4:45 at the latest, I called Tuesday and David answered. I told him I was interested in buying a trailer and how late were they open, I already had looked at website, 5:00,David said he was leaving early at 4:00 for an appointment. Will and his coworker were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The shed was up in one morning. They cleaned as they worked and I couldn’t be more pleased. Six stars!

Nothing about this place is convenient. Can’t get a return call was supposed to get a shed delivered and they said it will be on your property by Friday 6/6/25 still no shed when I called on Friday the manager said I’ll call you back and let you know… I went up there today the office was locked no one around I just want my money back at this point I would not ever suggest this place to anybody go to smith built at least there they will answer the phone… update … on Saturday about 3 hrs after I made this review I received a p... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Will. My shed came in not so complete with a couple of errors that needed to be fixed. Will came out multiple times no issue and fixed them all and was super professional. Highly recommend his work.
