In case anyone else is in our same position. We are waiting on cover rails and our cover box to be able to finish concrete. We have been given excuse after excuse for weeks. Now our construction managers phone is no longer in service and the main line to the office is just a busy signal. Probably time for us all to seek legal advice and try to recoup a portion of what it will take to finish these projects with other contractors.
Our pool cover still hasn't been delivered. Pool was done in April 2023. We are trying to close our pool and we cannot get any response from Tom. We talked with the distributor who has it and they will not give it to us unless Tom pays them. Tom has already been fully paid for the pool and cover. We also have a leak and have promised time and again that Tom will send someone out. No one has come for months. At this point we don't get any answer or call backs. Worst company to deal with. Tom will not communicate with me. I tried calling him over 30 times last week and no answer. I was told by Tom that my pool cover is on back order for the last 11 months. I called the pool cover company and they have my cover 10 months ago. Looks like Tom spent my money elsewhere and can't afford to purchase my cover.
This company doesn't do good work. They don't answer the phone, texts or emails. Multiple issues with my pool that they started 2 years ago. Can't get an update of when these things will be done. Highly recommend using another pool company.
Not sure the out come of this lengthy process and I know with weather things get pushed back and that is completely understandable. But now it’s been a month and half with no work and or communication on the process of completion… after several callers and emails I found out yesterday that we now have to wait for a project they started after us to be completed before they can come back and finish our pool.
