I have tried repeatedly to get someone from your office to call me back regarding getting a bid for pool and outdoor kitchen in FloMo . . . not one call back. I called Monday - no reply, I called Tuesday - spoke to someone who assured me I’d get a call back from sales person - no reply. Called AGAIN Thursday - still no reply. I guess your not in any need of new business?? Very poor customer service!
We have had issues with our pool for over a year and they will not fix the issue with our leaks in the slide. Also, the sweeper doesn't work, the intake valves within the pool has issues and they will not fix our pool at all. I am not going to pay the final balance of 10,000.00 because the pool is not in proper working order, so they decided that we have no warranty on any of the equipment per Peter.
