Buyer beware As of September 2019 Itâ??s been over a year and 5 months, we still do not have a properly working pool and we have had to open a active claim against this company with the registrar of Contractors to try and get this company to complete our pool. They have delivered work that the registrar has deemed NOT to be at even the most minimal of acceptable standards and awarded us the customer the judgement that Premier must fix their work and redo things. Great honest company! Their staff is very helpfull and I highly recomend them.
Premier Pools and Spas are the absolute worst! We have been trying to get them to finish building our pool for the past 7 months! All they do is make excuse after excuse and take no accountability. We went with this company because at the time, they had good reviews and were ranked #1 pool builder of the year. What a joke that turned out to be.

Run as Fast as You Can From Premier – Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their sub-contractors are allowed to run wild at the site. When the sub's shoddy work was brought to their attention, Premier just shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well." Sharkie was great – Was so pleased with one particular individual, "Sharkie", at Premier Pools. He was so polite and helpful answering all of my questions and going above and beyond in service. I will admit that my wife and I had serious discussions regarding a competitor's product, but I am very happy that we picked premier because of the personal and pleasant environment, and the follow up service that we would have never known without "Sharkie".
