Last year (2025) we had Premier Pools replace our entire 18 x 36 inground pool. The project started out as a pool liner replacement and equipment upgrade with some extras (heater and chemical system). It escalated into a complete overhaul of everything. The old pool was built with non-standard materials and as such needed to be replaced. No one likes project overruns but end result was a beautiful updated pool that my wife is very happy with. When my wife and I were deciding what pool company to go with we called premier out and Josh came. He did such a good job breaking down our vision. He took measurements. Looked over our plot plan and septic plans. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough space to build a swimming pool. What we loved about him was instead of him turning around and walking out he asked us what we thought about re-landscaping the whole back yard. Brent and team has percevered and overcome many obstacles presented during the course of the project... a rediculuce permit process by Walla Walla County Community Development that drug out for over 4 months...a 100 year old cement underground cement cellar uncovered in the pool excavation...a 4 foot diameter stump that had to be dug up by hand...and lastly the weather as the project is being done through the winter. Can't wait for the finished project!
Premier Pool does a great job at taking care of my commercial pools. They are reasonably priced, punctual, and have good follow-up.
