Changing my review because of recent facts. We had issues with our pump when we first began using Premier Pools. Our bill ended up quite high. My husband was told that as long as we are showing that we are paying on the bill, we would be ok. I have been paying over $100 every two weeks. Our last invoice stated we owe $300. We were happy and thought we were doing great! My husband got a call last week from a tech saying our bill was over $1,000 and they will not be servicing our pool until we get it paid off. We've only begun to use Première Pools about two weeks ago. WE LOVE THEM!!!!! There are no gimmicks, no hidden fees, no 'beating-around-the-bush', it's all genuine care for customers and pool needs. Keep up the good work!!!!
