The in-store staff helped answer my questions and offered suggestions to get my salt generator working. We had a service tech to our house yesterday to fix our Arctic Spa. The service tech found the issue right away and got it fixed the same day. Found out it was something I did that caused the issue. They showed me what was wrong and how to maintain it properly. He was very helpful.
Excellent service. We have been in the store 3 times in one week trying to get our above ground pool under control bc we have well water and all of the staff has been great. All knowledgeable and patient with our questions. The water testing option with recommendations is awesome and so helpful. Thank you all. Highly recommended!
Over the last 15-years, as a customer, I’ve utilized Premier Pool & Spa for my supply of hot tub water care products. Their recommendations have definitely helped with the maintenance of my Beachcomber hot tub! Recently, in-light of preparing our home for sale, I had to fix the waterfall control valve. If you have a pool or spa, this is the place to go! I grew up with a pool but never really learned how to take care of one myself, so finding Premier was a game changer. They’ve been incredibly helpful from day one. The staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. They now handle opening and closing my pool each season, and I regularly bring in water samples so they can help me keep everything perfectly balanced and sparkling. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!
