The support staff was very responsive through their chat window. They shared photos and measurements of components that helped determine if a part was compatible with the system I owned. It was a very nice experience interacting with them.
The service department gave me INCREDIBLE advice including sending photos by text. They went ABOVE and BEYOND even when they were not sure if they would be actually providing me service. AMAZING and THANK YOU

Can't say enough good things about premier pool and spa!! I was looking for a specific part for my inground pool stairs however it was only located in the U.S.(I'm in Canada). Many other companies I contacted would not ship out the item to Canada. Premier heard me out and my predicament. They went above and beyond and worked with me to find a suitable shipping solution. They shipped out the item and 2 days later I had it installed in my pool. Thanks Premier!!!
