Had the best experience with Jeff and Premier Pool and Spa. Wandered in because they were close and absolutely was won over by Jeff and the team. Purchased a new spa for the first time and had a great experience. Jeff communicated clearly and helped us select and customize the perfect spa for us. Purchase, delivery and installation have been silky smooth and 5 star across all dimensions. Absolutely recommend to anyone. Aloha
The service department told me the would never do business with me since they had given me 2 estimates that I did not move forward with and that I questioned an item on my pool closing bill. Over the summer I asked for 2 estimates and those estimates did not lead product sales or service work on my pool. Early in the season I asked is there was a more efficient pump to help reduce electric bills. I was given a quote for a variable speed pump. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Premier Pool & Spa. I purchased an expensive replacement probe from them because they appeared to be very knowledgeable about the Arctic Spa system. I also chose to order from them because my local dealer charges almost twice the price for the same part.
