Zach opened our pool and did a great job!!! All questions answered. Great guy!!
Realized late in the day that we were short on pool supplies and we called to check on store hours but no answer and we didn’t leave a message because we figured they were closed. Within minutes we got a call back inquiring what we needed and they agreed to stay open until we could arrive. The supplies we needed were waiting for us at the register! Kindness and service that went above and beyond!
I bought an Arctic spa 3 years ago. Jeff Arnold has helped me from the beginning. He has been an excellent source of information. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with have been very good also. Premier has an excellent team. Thank you Jeff and the Premeir team. Mat Youngman
I need to start this by saying OMG! Jeff at Premier Pool & Spa in Minnesota was one of the best Sales Representative/Customer Service person I have spoken to in a very long while! We live in Wisconsin and the business we purchased our spa from folded shortly after they opened. This company is an awesome company. Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment on their website, but also I was able to submit photos of the repair needed and I was given an option with YouTube videos and how to buy the parts to do it Myself. When they could’ve charged me an astronomical amount and just done it themselves without me, knowing it was an easy fix.
