Since purchasing our Arctic Spa Ocean about 2 1/2 years ago, the staff at Premier Pool and Spa have been awesome. I knew nothing about hot tubs and swim spas, and they have helped me with so many questions that I have had and the supplies that I need.
Worthless only into it for the sale. Don’t expect any needs after you bring it home
Jeff is the man. He took time on weekends, outside of his business hours, to make sure we were good to go - TWICE. We love our new hot tub and know we’re in great hands with the Premier team!

They have went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations. With several issues dealing with replacement parts for a 20+ year old tub i could not be more pleased and satisfied with their services. If I could give more than a 5 I would. I will definitely be putting their name out there for others.
