Premier pool does it again!! Bought new heater from them for my above ground pool a year or 2 ago, didn't check but called it in no matter what as the 4th July is a big pool day. The service department suggested i take a photo of the diagnostic screen and text it in so they could prepare, technician came prepared with the correct replacement part and was out in 45 minutes, just got a final bill with no balance so somehow or another it was either warrantied by the manufacturer or Premier Pool. The service personnel were very sensitive to my issues with my relatively new pool cleaner. They provided a replacement part immediately. No questions asked. Made my Fourth of July.
Needed help ordering a part customer service was excellent! Part was in stock, great job.
We have always experienced great customer service. They take responsibility and go above and beyond.
