My pool cover was getting stuck and the service team walked me through how to fix it myself. It only took a few minutes and I was able to take my morning swim. (It's an indoor pool)
Since purchasing our Arctic Spa Ocean about 2 1/2 years ago, the staff at Premier Pool and Spa have been awesome. I knew nothing about hot tubs and swim spas, and they have helped me with so many questions that I have had and the supplies that I need.
Worthless only into it for the sale. Don’t expect any needs after you bring it home
Jeff is the man. He took time on weekends, outside of his business hours, to make sure we were good to go - TWICE. We love our new hot tub and know we’re in great hands with the Premier team!
