Can't say enough good things about premier pool and spa!! I was looking for a specific part for my inground pool stairs however it was only located in the U.S.(I'm in Canada). Many other companies I contacted would not ship out the item to Canada. Premier heard me out and my predicament. They went above and beyond and worked with me to find a suitable shipping solution. They shipped out the item and 2 days later I had it installed in my pool. Thanks Premier!!!

These guys are AWESOME! They responded immediately to my very random question about a pool-cover part (that I bought from someone else!) with pics and written support, as well as two follow-up questions- and were super friendly knowledgeable and professional. I only wish they were located in Cali!
