Called service department to ask a question. The service technician called back after closed hours to help trouble shoot a part we didn’t even buy from the store. He went above and beyond to help figure out our situation. Excellent customer support.
I don't care if you have a pool or not. You owe it to yourself to stop in, talk to Ed and see what exemplary customer service is. BTW, quite a selection of hot tubs on their showroom floor and the biggest YETI product offering I've ever seen.
