We've done several projects with Premier Ponds, all of which went very well. They did exactly what was agreed to and on time. Great to work with.
After misplacing the original invoice they left at my house while completing work while I wasn't there I called and asked if I could just pay via Credit Card, PayPal, ACH, etc, to which the owner replied they only take check. I asked if they could give me the amount owed so I could stop at a bank while I was out of town and send it off. The owner didn't have an invoice handy and was out of town as well and asked that I call upon my return. Would give no stars they said they could do the job I wanted done Ernest had 20 years experience done tons of water features we agreed on what going to happen with my water fountain until then his tile guys is like I can't do that. His fix was too pour concrete that is uneven and and installed the water fountain uneven so water goes off to one side not symmetrical big was of money and time took three weeks for a crappy job please look else where if u want your job done professional big waste of time
