I cannot give this business enough praise. Before scheduling with them I had called over a dozen different infusion places, very few had a real person to answer the phone. But I got ahold of Edward, who was at a location further from my home, and then Kristen. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This past year I had an extremely negative experience when I needed an infusion and ended up with an unexpected bill. Kristen and Premier were very sensitive to this and put up with a grumpy old man. A really great place to get infusions. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The nurses are amazing, friendly, and so knowledgeable while being willing to listen and learn from patients. I can feel at ease coming in for infusions because I know my concerns will be taken seriously and things will be explained to me. I've actually learned a lot about IVs and what works for my body. I’ve been extraordinarily impressed with this infusion clinic. Karin always greets me welcoming and ensures I have clear expectations prior to service. They take sterilization very important as they have your should disinfected prior to you going back for your services. Imari has been the main nurse and always exceeds my expectations for my care. I have been getting infusions here for about a year. It is the absolute best. Everyone from the nurses to the office staff are nice and caring and take the best care of you! The faculty is so nice, with private rooms with recliners and comfy chairs and big screen tvs. The best ever!!!
