I have been going here for almost a year now. I was so nervous about having my infusions done somewhere new after having them done at the doctors for 8 years. I’ve never been happier. My first day I literally went home and cried happy tears to my family about the joy I felt. It was better than my experience with my doctors. The staff treat you like family.

I have been receiving my infusions at the Lake Shore location for 2.5 years, and I am very grateful for the wonderful staff. They prioritize treating patients with respect, kindness, and excellent care in addition to offering a comfortable environment and even a few laughs. Tricia streamlines scheduling and insurance; her patient advocacy really takes the burden off. During my visits, I feel well cared for, body and soul.

This was my first time receiving infusion services and dealing with my issue. They helped me when no one else would. The staff were all Godsends and took care of me physically, emotionally and mentally. They really changed my life. Because of them I'm looking forward to starting school in the fall for nursing! You can really feel the genuine care from everyone and I am forever grateful to them
