In the Summer of 2022, I hired the Premier Plus Storm Team for a roof replacement and gutter removal/installation project at my house. Initially, the experience was positive. However, in the following Spring, an issue arose. The gutter on the back of my house was installed incorrectly, leading to water draining in the opposite direction of the downspout. Premier Plus was responsive and helpful from start to finish from working with our insurance to the rood installation team and final inspection. They were straightforward and answered questions in a timely and professional way.
