Please Avoid, This Is Awful Please avoid them and go with someone else, this has been the worst customer service experience from a local business I have ever had. Premier Plumbing came out to install a water softener and a new water heater in our home and we ended up with a flooded basement directly related to their work. We tried contacting them for 6 days until finally they sent someone out to see if there was any flooding damages. Water Heater weekend replacement!! These guys are amazing! Not only are they very kind, but they are very good at what they do! I had a water heater go out on me on a weekend. My wife was all over me about having no hot water. I called Premier and they were very prompt. Dain Sent a technician out faster than I had expected. They replaced my heater and took care of a few other things while they were here! There rates are extremely fair and they do some very clean nice work! Bathroom remodel I called Premier to come give me an estimate on my bathroom. I had an old cast iron tub with tile walls that were buckling. Dain came out to give me an estimate and he was wonderful. He walked me through the whole process and gave me tips and pointers of what we could and could not do. You could tell he is very knowledgable. He was very creative and designed a whole new setup for me. We ended up installing a new tub and tiled the walls with a really neat tile pattern. I was so impressed!!! Amazing Service! Trustworthy I had an emergency with a terrible leak from my water lines. I called several plumbing companies and Premier Plumbing was the fastest one on the job, as well as the best priced. They not only fixed that problem but also let me know of some other problem areas they saw while on the job. They gave me an estimate to fix the other issues and gave me the opportunity to fix it now or wait. They were very courtious and very professional and trustworthy. Excellent! Premier Plumbing came out to replace our water heater and they did a very quick and clean job. They laid down tarps and protected everything. They were very kind and courteous.

Service Appt I had Them come out for some service that was needed at my house. It was a leak on a shower. I previously had 2 other plumbing companies out and those companies said they had fixed the issue. Well Needless to say they didnt and then made up an excuse and wanted to charge me more. Premier Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly and professionally. I cant thank them enough. remodel I contacted premier for a bathroom remodel. They came out and gave me a free estimate, and were very friendly and helpful. I live in an older house and they noticed issues and leaks that were caused by bad siding during the demo. They recommended me to a great sider and got me fixed up. They then finished my bathroom with a new tile shower, toilet and vanity sink. I love it!! They went above and beyond for me! Thanks again!

Homeowner Please disregard or remove the previous comment I posted regarding poor customer service. Rick, owner of Premier Plumbing, and his son, Dain, worked extremely hard to correct this situation. The matter has been resolved completely to our satisfaction. There was some miscommunication, and I would recommend this company.
