Jesse is an outstanding person and plumber. He’s very punctual, reliable, and hard working. We have had a few pipe issues at our house, and issues at our rental. Each time, Jesse has responded and handled our problem. He’s also got a great personality, so it’s cool not having some grouchy person showing up to fix something. When we had an issue with our broken water heater, we had a different plumbing company come out and their quote was astronomical. I asked around for a good trustworthy plumber and Jesse with EMB plumbing was recommended by several people. Jesse was much more knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Jesse was such a great plumber to work with and I cant recommend him highly enough. We had been left waiting for two weeks by a name-brand plumbing company who also misdiagnosed our issue. Thankfully, Jesse came on short notice and immediately figured out the real problem with our hot water heater. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he also pointed out issues from our builder that we would have never caught and would have resulted in the same issue recurring a few years dowm the road.
