Exceptional service and very quick response to a water heater leak. Had the job completed in a couple of hours with all new commercial grade brass parts. Great job! 👍👍👍
Jesse arrived within 20 minutes of my emergency call for a leaking water heater and got it repaired completely with numerous new parts with a couple of hours. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Also troubleshot a couple of indoor faucets and water handles in the bathroom and kitchen.
I highly recommend EMB Plumbing Services. The owner Jesse did a very good job at a reasonable price. His attention to detail and making sure all issues were properly addressed was outstanding. He also helped me diagnose another potential issue and came up with a suggested solution. In addition, he took the time to discuss and identify the needed replacement parts with the manufacturer's consumer connection. Overall excellent service and advice!
I can’t recommend Jesse highly enough. He’s an independent plumber and also a neighbor, and I originally found him through another neighbor’s recommendation — and he has been exceptional every step of the way. When a Costco refrigerator delivery exposed a water leak in the refrigerator line, it became an emergency situation because the refrigerator couldn’t be installed until the leak was fixed.
