Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. They lost my paperwork twice and I had to get blood drawn multiple times because of it. I was regularly belittled by the secretarial staff, who tried on multiple occasions to pry for private information and push unsolicited medical advice. Very difficult to reach during business hours.
They need their phone number updated. Are they still in business? I call the number on the website..but I get a "Majic Jack" recording. I just now finally got a hold of them using their Indiana number. Lady who answered the phone, was rude and unpleasant with me. When I mentioned the 1-800 problem getting through, and then the Hamilton problem with the magic Jack recording..she rudely interrupted me, saying "well all calls come to us anyway!" and I tried to answer her rapid fire questions, and when something confused me, she... read more

FINALLY! A dermatologist that actually knows what they are doing. After everything I was told today, I know I'm in the best hands. Thankful this practice is now in my area.
