I recently had a breast lift with Dr. Hankins, and my entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. He’s incredibly attentive and has amazing bedside manners, you can truly tell he cares about his patients. My recovery has been smooth, and any questions or concerns I had were always taken seriously. I had a terrible experience with this surgery center. They told me my insurance denied coverage for my breast reduction because I “needed to have cancer” which made no sense. When I called my insurance company directly, they confirmed that no claim or preauthorization was ever even submitted by this office . the surgery center lied just to make me pay cash out of pocket. Really happy with my results! Dr. Hankins and the office maintains a very personable and comfortable environment where it makes you feel heard and seen. I would recommend. :)
My experience with a thigh lift was awesome. The Dr was amazing and the staff was as well. The hospital I used was just as good. Very relaxing atmosphere.
