Two years in a row I had my full lab panel done at Premier. They never sent the results to my PCP in 2024 even after the PCP and myself calling to request they be sent. Fast forward to November 2025 and once again no results sent to my PCP. After the 2025 blood draw and BEFORE leaving Premier, I requested the nurse to please tell whoever is responsible for sending the results to make sure they get to my PCP AND I provided the doctors name and phone number. The young girl at the front desk should be transferred to the basement. She lacks the efficiency required to manage the front desk. Everything appeared to be extremely difficult for her, like it was rocket science. It's like common sense chased her but she is a track star. Constant blank stare 😳
Brenda was great! She walked me through everything she was doing, and made the whole experience more comfortable. We also had a very pleasant chat! Give her a raise!
