18 months ago I would’ve given 5 stars, 12 months ago 4, 8 months ago 2 and sadly today, barely a star. I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now. For the first time, I asked to not be weighed. It became a huge issue and I was told it’s a requirement or I won’t be seen. I just love that a place would refuse to see a cash paying patient because of not wanting to be weighed! No such thing as patient’s choice.
