Want to learn how to run efficiently while minimizing your risk of injury? If so, this is your place!! Doctors Erick and Marsha are the best in the business. It's worth the drive from Tampa. Plus they have excellent yoga for runners!
Huge shout out to my friends at Premier Physical Therapy! Went in for a pretty bad lower back issue and Dr. Chorlog gave me the exercises and stretches I needed to get back on my feet. I am 100% pain free and could not be happier. Highly recommended!
