The team at Premier is phenomenal ! As soon as you walk in the door you get the feeling that the place is special. The therapists and staff become like family - they see you through your worst days and celebrate your good days. I had forgotten how much movement I had lost until after a few months of Myofascial Relief Therapy. I walked in not knowing what fascia was and now I know that it is my nemesis and it will not win in their capable hands.
Can't say enough good things. I started treatment here after over two months of lower back/ hip pain. Each session I had one on one attention and was taught exercises to do at home. After 6 sessions I was pain free and have knowledge of what to do to keep from injuring myself again.
