The staff take the time to care. They work around your schedules. The Desk staff are true aces those two young ladies are Cordial curtious, respectful and very personable. Crystal is awesome and so is her partner in crime at the desk. The pt staff Susan and the others are great. No wait time ,no issues. I've been going since may, I'll be going to them until at least 2025 plus lol . They deserve so many thanks.

My experience with the Physical Therapy was similar to another where I was requested to arrive 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to fill out paperwork which took 5 minutes. Then I sat for 37 minutes until someone came out. No one at the desk to ask why it was taking so long. Apparently their time is important but not yours. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I do not recommend this practice. The scheduling process is terrible. When I arrived at my first appointment they couldn’t find me in the system because they scheduled me under the wrong name. I was rescheduled for 2 of the next 3 follow up visits. For my final appointment I was rescheduled FOUR times and the person calling me to reschedule had no idea. Everyone was very nice, and very helpful. Even other patients when my back was out, and in pain. The doctor was very upfront with what was going on and provided the best care for me and my needs. Oh and I don’t have to drive all the way to Malvern From Pottstown.. Love the service..
