Seemed impersonal
Would give a 0 if I could. Referred by my orthopedic doctor. Hadn't heard from them so I called to schedule, the receptionist began laughing at me because I couldn't remember my Dr's name or how to say it, even said seriously you can't say Dr.xyz. I hung up. She called back to schedule and I told her no thanks, I'm not willing to work with a company who will make fun of a patient.
