I’ve been receiving treatment here for a couple of months, and the doctors and physical therapists have been consistently professional and attentive. They always make sure I’m well cared for and supported throughout my sessions. At times the office can be busy, while other visits are very quick, which is completely understandable. The entire staff here is friendly and kind, and i mean EVERYONE here. From alby, ingres , yuli, brian , steven , and geri they bring so much joy into the office and is always so helpful.
Overheard one of the coworkers making racist remarks.. I think her name was Wendy if I am remembering correctly? Extremely unprofessional and tarnishes the look of the entire business. Unacceptable, will not be returning and recommend staying far far away from an office that lacks regard for their customers.
One of the staff members, Wendy, is extremely unprofessional. She made a discriminatory remark about immigrants that was completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting that serves people from all backgrounds. To be specific she said “the people here illegally deserve to get sent back”.This is not the first time she has shown racist behavior. Very disappointing experience and it says a lot about the facility if they have staff that feel so comfortable saying this type of stuff very freely.
This place lacks proper communication. I get 3 calls within the hour for the same thing. Does the receptionist not communicate with each other when they speak to a patient ? This place needs better organization ! And needs to work on professionalism! A checklist should be installed for each patient to let the workers know when they’ve spoken to them !!
