Had an appointment for 10, then got a confirmation appt was at 10:20. I came in at 10:10 and still wasn't see by Dr. Daly at 11:40. I asked why the long wait. They said there were a lot of new patients. I said don't you include that in your scheduling timing? They said they could reschedule me if I wanted (so I could comeback back and wait here another hour). There was at least 50 people in and out for physical therapy for a tiny office. Place seems like a lawsuit mill and not a concerned medical provider.

I’ve been receiving treatment here for a couple of months, and the doctors and physical therapists have been consistently professional and attentive. They always make sure I’m well cared for and supported throughout my sessions. At times the office can be busy, while other visits are very quick, which is completely understandable. Like any practice, peak hours tend to be when most people are off work, so I try to schedule my appointments during the day for a smoother experience. The entire staff here is friendly and kind, and i mean EVERYONE here. From alby, ingres , yuli, brian , steven , and geri they bring so much joy into the office and is always so helpful.

Overheard one of the coworkers making racist remarks.. I think her name was Wendy if I am remembering correctly? Extremely unprofessional and tarnishes the look of the entire business. Unacceptable, will not be returning and recommend staying far far away from an office that lacks regard for their customers.
