This office has gone downhill fast. I’ve been coming here for over five years, and ever since the new ownership took over, it’s been a complete mess. The new doctor, Dr. Ross, clearly does not care…. it feels like this is just a paycheck for him. The receptionists barely know what they’re doing, which makes every visit frustrating and stressful. I can’t wait until my case is finished so I never have to return.
It’s insane to have ppl wait an hour plus every time you are scheduled for an appointment. What is the reason in having an appointment if you still have to wait an hour to be seen? My appointment was an hour and 5 minutes ago and I still have two people in front of me. Mind you that’s not even the issue. The attitudes the front desk women have are ridiculous. They are unaware of the patients in the waiting room. Unaware of who’s there for what. I literally just recommended this place and here I am writing a bad review. There... read more
Dr.Stephen Ross is exceptionl. The staff,always helpful and pleasant.
I think this physical therapy place is outdated and I don't like this place
I STARTED TREATMENT HERE AND AT FIRST IT WAS GREAT BUT ALL THEY DO HOOK YOU UP TO A MACHINE AND I CAN DO THAT AT HOME AND SIT IN MY OWN MASSAGE CHAIR. I GO THERE WITH PAIN BECAUSE MY NECK AND BACK HURTS FROM SLEEPING AND NEVER GOTTEN A MASSAGE OR SOMETHING TO ADDRESS MY PAINS. INSTEAD THEY PROGRESS ME TO WORK OUT AND AT THIS POINT WHAT AM I PAYING FOR. I CAN JUST DO THIS ON MY OWN. BUT I HAVE TO TAKE MY TREATMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE DOESNT REALLY WORK FOR ME.
