The receptionist named Joshua is amazing! He makes checking in so quick and easy, scheduling is amazing! He schedules appointments efficiently. I really appreciate the reminder calls before my therapy appointments—it truly shows how organized they keep things there and it also helps me stay on track and never miss a session. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
This is the best physical Therapy clinic I've treated in. Amazing customer service. Management is doing an amazing job leading this clinic to greatness. Feels like home and when I leave I feel so much better instantly. The pcc acelee and Daniel make the place feel welcoming and secure as they always on point reminding me of my appointments. I will 100% recommend this place.
Premium Physical & Medicine Rehab is a great facility with easy parking and friendly staff. The staff provides solid customer service both in person and over the phone. Dr. Ross is excellent, caring, attentive, and truly committed to my recovery. The only thing missing is hands‑on massage; patients only get machine stimulation, but proper hand massage which I think can be very beneficial for pinched nerve and herniated disc issues.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from your office. I have called several times to inquire about an earlier appointment if one becomes available. On each occasion, one particular staff member has been rude and dismissive. During my most recent call, another employee was kindly trying to assist me and look for an earlier appointment, but the staff member took over the call, immediately stated that no appointments were available, refused to provide her name when I politely asked, and then hung up... read more
