Now they're Polaris not Premier and they're no longer providing the same level of service. The new staff are not helpful and instead of providing assistance they put up barriers I've been trying to get a Rx filled for several days, ended up switching to a different pharmacy all together.
You can change your name, but until you enforce your policies, you're still bad company. If you receive a Prescription from a doctor and there's a question you may have. Call the doctor or patient ASAP. Don't wait 11 days for the patient to call you. YOU'RE PROVIDING LIVE SAVING ITEMS TO A PATIENT WHO IS ILL.
No customer service because you don't get connected to a real person. All you can do is leave messages at ext 812. When you do get a person and you think they are going to help you they place you on hold then the call is transferred. Don't be on life depending drugs you may not survive. I pray there is another pharmacy I can use.
