My sister and i decided to make the trip out there we live about 45 minutes away. It was well worth it. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about how help me give my dog a healthier life!

I've shopped at the Southfield store for years and have become a loyal shopper because of the knowledgeable staff, the selection of products, the willingness to get almost anything you request, the no hassle return policy if the pet doesn't like the food, and the way they make you feel like you are part of the family while you are there. It's the only shopping that I actually enjoy.
Best store in the universe! It truly is a happy place. It's the Saks Fifth Avenue of pet supply stores without the high prices. I could shop there all day and my doggies could too.

I've been a customer for about 6 years. The staff is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about pet care & the products. Their prices are great & the have a lot of monthly sales & coupons. They help out tremendously with pet rescues & many more things in the community. I highly recommend this awesome Pet Store!! Definitely 5 STARS!!
