My family and I chose to adopt a puppy from GOOD KARMA PUPPY RESCUE on Sunday August 13 at Premier Pet Supply. I can't begin to tell you what a terrific experience it was for all of us. The staff at Premier Pet Supply was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and volunteers with Good Karma Puppy Rescue were amazing as well. I drove 30 miles because the website said they had great products plus the dog food I use. When I got there I found they did not have the dog food I use and four out of five grooming tools or shampoos . I told the associate and they didn't care. I am a certified dog groomer and trainer and did not think that store was " all that" the hype makes it to be and the web site lied about. Buyer beware.

Please let me know which food we were out of and the grooming supplies. We strive to be everything for everybody. I was first introduced to Premier Pet Supply two years ago when I first saw them at the Novi Pet Expo. They carry unique toys that I have never seen where I live on the west side of the state, and their prices are way cheaper than any other pet store and the quality is impeccable. I drive 2 1/2 hours to the Pet Expo each fall and their booth is the first place I stop before any items get picked over. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I only wish we had one closer. I look forward to seeing you again this fall.
