I mean, its a company taking advantage of our fears of losing a animal family member. Exorbitant Pricing. Unnecessary Tests and Surprises in billing are all very very comon here. Its just taking full advantage of volnerable people, plain and simple , full stop
Our sweet Nellie started to deteriorate very quickly. The staff here were very kind and were able to provide us with a humane option for her. We are very grateful to Dr. Neal and her tech, who both took great care of us. We will miss Nellie so much, but we are glad they gave us the option to hold her and comfort her until the end.
They saved my Jinx! He went in with what we thought was constipation but ended up being a urinary blockage and they did absolutely wonderful! He did finish up his vet stay at All Creatures with them being closed during regular vet hours which is absolutely okay! Both places did phenomenal and worked with us! Our boy is home and on antibiotics and eating!
We just move to the area and did not have a vet set up yet. I brought my dog in Mini Mouse for an emergency, she was in breathing distress with a issue with her trac that had gotten worse. They did everything they could for her but unfortunately she passed amd I lost my buddy and baby girl. They where so kind and caring, they let me stay with her for as long as I wanted and where so amazing.
