We live in Eldorado, Arkansas and do not have emergency vet services on the weekend. Our 15 year old white schnauzer, Hazel was having constant seizures so we took the 1 1/2 hour trip to Premier Clinic. The staff was wonderful and very compassionate after we unfortunately had to put our sweet Hazel down. This was hard on us all, especially our 11 year old daughter. You never want to be in the position of needing an ER vet, but if you are, Premier is the right call. The medical team here is clinically elite who are absolute professionals who know their science and aren't just going through the motions. The support staff is equally sharp, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people through and through. My husband and I had to put our 12.5 year old fur baby down yesterday and all of the staff at premier were so caring and empathetic. They went above and beyond for us and our baby. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us and him. Of course it’s never easy, but they made us feel like family the way they cared for us and him.
I was in town visiting and on Christmas Eve my GSD started acting like he had a possible UTI. First thing in the morning, I went to Premier. I was so impressed with the care, communication and diagnostics at Premier. Dr. Bailey went step by step and the team communicated with me and explained everything thoroughly. From the initial evaluation, she demonstrated careful clinical judgment and took my dog’s condition seriously.
