Dr. Martin and her team were absolutely wonderful when my cat Winslow was injured. He had been shot with a BB gun and either fractured or dislocated his jaw. On top of that, it happened on a Friday right before a holiday weekend when everyone was closed. Those 4 days were awful. After multiple ER trips, an infection, and Winslow not being able to close his mouth, eat, or drink, things were looking critical for him, and after a ton of phone calls begging for vets to help get us an appointment ASAP, I was terrified that we wer... read more
