ordered something from these guys thru Amazon by mistake, requested order cancellation immediately - they shipped anyways 3 days later and I had to pay shipping. 1-star.

Have used this company for 15 years , what a change in the last year , i spend thousands of dollars with them a year but billing department / accounting is a total joke they wont answer the phone wont answer e mail for 3 months now , they changed banks with no way to change payment to them without talking to accounting. , about done with this relationship and just about to switch to Meyers Distributing if they don't get their act together
