My two sons have been seeing Dr. Carter for all of their lives...however he's no longer in my network. So the insurance company sent out a letter as well as updated insurance cards... Their firth appointment was today. Kay at the front desk is super helpful and the Nurse Practitioner Chelsea was kind , informative and I am positive my children will be taken care of
