Absolutely love the staff here, nurses and Dr's are all patient and kind, my children love them. Today was my first time meeting the manager who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Im applying for a handicap placard for my disabled son and she tried to get me to believe that because florida is a red state they are trying to do away with handicap placards all together. Which is a complete lie and I dont know if she kept reiterating RED STATE because she thought I support a different political party or what, but I am a reg... read more
Dr. Poole is an amazing pediatrician. She is always kind, calm and reassuring. Highly recommend Dr. Poole for anyone looking for an all around great pediatrician!
I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and arrived at 10:55 a.m. I waited as patiently as I could. I saw other patients being called in 5–10 minutes after they arrived. I went up at least twice to check on the status and was told it wouldn’t be much longer. At 11:50 a.m., I checked again, and the receptionist said the providers were behind and asked if I would like to reschedule. I left at 11:58 a.m. It was a bit upsetting, especially with two kids under two who were fussy.
Stuff is very nice at the front desk I'm very calm it's a very nice place to go when you have kids that are sick
