I want to start by saying I had no problems with Dr. Palafox. She was a professional and handled my scaredy-cat beautifully. Also for what it's worth, the staff at the reception desk was very friendly. That said, I will not be returning and I would strongly recommend careful consideration before bringing your house pet here. A relaxed, easy-going creature my cat is not.
