This company does not stand behind their warrenty. Upon trying to contact them, over a step that was cracking and separating, they would not take our calls or return our calls. I turned them into the Arizona state Attorney General‘s office they would not respond to them as well. Attached is the letter from the State Attorney General‘s office and pictures of the cracked step

I rarely leave negative reviews, which makes this one particularly disappointing to write. We hired Premier Paradise in 2018 for a landscaping project and were initially very pleased with the results. For the most part, we enjoyed the finished product and had no reason to complain. I haven't personally hired Jeromy and his team for a custom backyard landscape and pool project, but I am fortunate to own a home where they created an incredible oasis. Recently, an electrician's mistake damaged the pool control system, and I was concerned that even after replacing the components, it wouldn't be restored to its original design. Premier Paradise redid my pool and entire back yard. It turned out beyond my imagination. Premier was fantastic to work with. They kept me completely up dated on the construction schedule. The finished product was perfect down to the last detail. I’ve done many projects over the years and they are my favorite contractor.
