Today was my second and final visit to Premier Palm Dental for my son’s treatment. Despite having insurance, I was asked to pay an additional amount, which I agreed to. When I politely asked a simple yes-or-no question to confirm I understood the charges before signing, the office staff, Ms. Brandy, responded in a dismissive and irritated manner, saying, “How many times do I have to explain this to you?” and walked out. Vincent received the services today with premier palm dental for deep cleaning. It is amazing service professional staff. Very friendly, educated to parents as the first time. His teeth are whitening, , Vincent was calmed, not nervous. We are very happy to receive the service her. We would recommend this service to all friends, family and so on. Thank you again. Parents.
