This is hands down the most useless medical facility I’ve ever encountered. They’re not here to help — they’re here to bill your insurance and send you on your way with no real care or resolution. You walk in with a concern, and walk out with the same problem, if not worse. They keep prescribing medications that either don’t work, aren’t covered, or clearly aren’t tailored to your situation — just a lazy, one-size-fits-all approach that shows they don’t even bother to read your file. So far, not impressed. I called about 2 months ago to schedule appointment. I am transferring from another state searching for a lower back ablation. I’ve had 4, time for another due to scale 8 pain daily. Had to jump through fiery hoops just to get an appointment. Understand that as I suppose most pain clinics are prime targets for folks searching for pain meds. I was scheduled with a PA. Very nice.
