Staff and physician, office was a great first time experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Don’t waste your time with their steroid injections- they do not work. Also, expect to encounter only profit-centric healthcare providers here. Be prepared to wait for 1-1.5 hours past appointment time for appointment. Interestingly, their appointment reminder texts warn about a $25 dollar charge if you show up late, despite them NEVER being ready to see the patient on or near the appointment time. This is the best pain management clinic I have ever been to. I had a car accident less that 3 years ago and have been through 2 surgeries already and am looking towards a third on my hip. My previous pain clinic put me through 2 years of shots that didn’t work prolonging my healing time. Premier Pain and Spine has been welcoming, understanding, and keep up with my other medical doctors about my progress. The staff here is excellent. My doctor has helped improve my quality of life and shows genuine care with open ears. She’s provided medicine, referrals and procedures that cumulatively made my day to day activities easier. Would recommend highly.
