Dr. Patel is amazing & he gets 5 stars, but I give 1 star to whoever manages this practice. How can you charge $150 or more to fill out minimal FMLA paperwork for re-certification? It's morally unjust! I already paid twice for fmla paperwork in 2025 because the first time it was not correct. Patients are already off of work due to pain & they lose money from their job by not coming in. Then patients need procedures and follow ups, where I faithfully pay my $60 copay everytime, again losing money because I'm not at work plus ... read more
Dr Kapoor and his nurse practitioner, Liz Moore, are absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They genuinely care about finding the source of and relief for your pain. They are never dismissive & don’t give up on patients, they work with them and truly care. The girls at the front desk are always friendly, same with everyone in the procedure room. Everyone at the Downers Grove location is great.
Friendly personnel, quick service. I really like Dr. Ezparez and assistant CiCi.
