2 years ago , This place was a five star . However within a year this place has really lost my respect. I was a patient for over 8 years with chronic pain / we all to reschedule from time to time but 90% of the time you can not reach anyone, so you have to leave a message - and maybe get a call back days later or no return call at all . Twice this year I was turned away after driving over a 1.5 hours to get there . 2 minutes over my time ( which you can’t control weather nor wrecks ) My meds was never called in twice , wrong... read more
I have tried numerous times to make an appointment. I have a referral but never get a call back. The person who answered this morning was extremely rude. I don’t appreciate being treated this way. I am know having the VA refer me to someone who actually cares for their patients. Thanks for letting me know upfront what I would have had to deal with. Thank you for nothing and treating a disabled female veteran with the most such utter disrespect. I will be informing the VA of this incident.Â
Went there for months, and kept on requesting imaging, it was never performed, yet they did several different types of injections, without ever explaining what they were I always had to ask, staff are definitely friendly and helpful, but my experience is I don’t even believe the injections were done correctly. As now I am with a new pain management and the very first thing they did was imaging, and they very well explained the results, and where the pain was coming from, and the injections I’m receiving from the new pain man... read more
I have always had a good visit.Never had to wait a long time.I have had the upmost attention when I am there.My pain has improved with the injections.Â
