They can't seem to do anything right! They prescribed meds that the pharmacy doesn't carry or my insurance doesn't cover. When asked about switching to alternatives they said they can't do that. THEN now that I have borrowed money to pay they lied about sending the Rx after 2 days the pharmacy still has no rx
Don't walk run! The office does have a few front office girls that does care and the doctor is ok but they don't care about the people who come to them. The office Manager Mary should not be able to work in this field, she is rude, disrespectful and has no care for anyone! I had to drive an hour and half for appointment because I wanted to do the right thing. I just had surgery over the weekend and I have lung cancer and I needed medicine changed because I was taken was making me sick and was the reason I had to have surgery... read more
This is the second time I am going to Dr. Ali and I don't regret a bit. he is understanding, personable, and willing to be flexible around my individual needs for specific kinds of pain relief. So I have left the other pain practice I was using and am transferring to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with pain management or a PRP.
