I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Ali at Premier Pain Centers. After my left total knee replacement, I was struggling with severe nerve pain that made everyday life very hard. Dr. Ali took my condition seriously and helped me find a treatment path that truly worked for me. The Nalu nerve stimulator has brought me significant relief and helped me regain comfort in my daily routine. I truly appreciate Dr. Ali and his staff for their kindness, support, and dedication throughout my treatment.
I’m trying to get an appointment and the women who answers is the rudest person I have come across in a long time, she definitely doesn’t need to be talking to people who need help from their offices because she is going to make people not want to come.
Called to ask questions about transferring to this pain management clinic but I won't be doing that because the lady that answered the phone was very rude & wouldn't answer my questions. She obviously hates her job. If you want to run a successful clinic, it starts with the person answering the phone. Terrible service.
