Called to ask questions about transferring to this pain management clinic but I won't be doing that because the lady that answered the phone was very rude & wouldn't answer my questions. She obviously hates her job. If you want to run a successful clinic, it starts with the person answering the phone. Terrible service.
I had terrible back pain and visited many back pain doctors, but saw no improvement. Then I found Dr. Ali, and the experience was completely different. He took the time to understand my condition. After just a few visits, my pain started to improve and I felt hopeful again. Dr. Ali's approach truly sets him apart and I'm incredibly grateful for the relief he has provided. Thanks doc!
