Their company and team were super great to work with. Our remodel project required two phases. First phase is to repair two vents. The second is to replace the whole metal roof. I could not find anyone to come make the two repairs; it was too small for their time. Only one other company said they might come, but we would have to wait about a month. Well, as far as I can tell, they did a good job, but I was less than impressed. They didn't measure and order the roofing until the last minute and therefore we had to wait for the panels. The job foreman was great and really seemed to know what he was doing but its a big company and the communication wasn't always great. I'm still waiting for them to come to pick up their big advertising sign that they displayed in the driveway. I really hope that they aren't expecting me to be responsible for disposing of it!
PPR replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and coordinated exterior repainting. They did a great job with everything and got the job done efficiently. The whole project only took about two weeks, and our almost 100-year-old house looks new!
Everyone on the Premier Pacific Roofing team were great to work with and were patient with all my questions during the process. The roofers worked long days to finish the roof before it rained and every evening they cleaned up the site before they left. They also took extra care not to damage a new section of lawn and several old cement planters I had on my patio. They did a great job.
