Mike Barcal was polite, knowledgeable, and timely in helping with our bathroom remodel needs. I would highly recommend him and his store.
Mike Barcal saved me! I had ordered a Kohler tub from a big box store a month prior and was told that the shipping was delayed but they could not give me a new delivery date. I had already scheduled my contractor and they were waiting for 2 days prior to me contacting Studio 41. Mike was able to place my order AND have it available next day. Talk about a miracle worker! His positivity, empathy, and sure knowledge of product allowed me to rid my panic and the job went on as scheduled. I highly recommend Mike!
This outlet has changed dramatically in the past few years. It used to be filled to the brim, but now seems like it is on the way to closing. However that didn't Mike from being a stellar salesman. He made the experience painless and also fun! I would say I will be back but think I will have to visit him for more product at the showroom.
He is the best. Great Great customer service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to make sure you have what you need.
