Very impressed. Jerry was very patient in answering all our questions as well as very knowledgeable. We chose to buy our Skag mower from Premier instead of a dealer closer to our home because of their professional, competent, and courteous manner.

Premier Outdoor Power is my go to place for all of my Dixie Chopper needs. They carry a huge inventory of parts and have a quick turn around on repairs and service. I've been in the lawn maintenance business for 24 yrs and have never delt with a finer company. If you are a homeowner, do yourself a favor and don't buy lawn equipment at the big box stores! Excellent customer service and top of the line equipment.
I stopped by today at 1:30 not knowing they closed at 1. An employee was in his truck and told me they closed at 1. I just mentioned what part I was looking for. He got out of his truck, opened up the store and helped me find what I needed. Very impressed he did that for me!

Edited - Immediately after this review, the owner responded and we ended up talking on the phone. He was very helpful and professional and gave me all the info that I needed. He apologized about his staff not returning calls, but I am now very satisfied with this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company who wants your business.
