Dr Mohammed had me waiting over an hour, and was rude when she entered the room. Was very condescending. Ended up not even doing the appt, told me to reschedule. I would not ever recommend her.
this place is so inconsiderate and unprofessional at their performance, the wait time is such a joke! What if an old lady really had bad back-pain and she has to wait for hours?!! thats the inconsideration and unprofessionalism right there! As for me I waited 2 and a half hours just to get assisted for like 5 mins! really?!! And the orthopedists are inconsiderate! As if U had caused your pain and u want that! The location is odd... The building says Premier Orthopedics on the front but the parking and entrance are in the back. I had parked on the total wrong side, walked all around before realizing this. Had to get back in my car and drive around back. Reception was a bit feisty. A lot of documents to sign, some confusing even though I work in medical billing. The doctor was thorough. The visit took longer than expected so plan accordingly.
Seeing Dr. Frazier was one of my worst encounters with a doctor. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but he immediately met me with defensiveness and a skeptical attitude. Instead of leading the conversation to help me understand the test that were done on me because of my auto accident, and why I may have been referred to see him, he carried a combative tone which felt personal.
