I have no complaints with the services provided. I trust my Doctors and I know they are doing the best thing for me. I also like is that it is a multilingual front staff and they are professional in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Frazier and his staff provided excellent service during my 3 months under his care. Appointments and follow-ups were easy to schedule without the long waits. Since Day 1, Dr. Timothy Frazier analyzed my condition, listened to my concerns, and referred me to the appropriate experts until I was cleared to return to work. I highly recommend!
80 min wasted, understaffed, horribly managed, ended up leaving after sitting in the room waiting for the dr for 30min. Would highly advise finding another provider. Pivot purchased them and that doesn’t seem to be helping.
