Seeing Dr. Frazier was one of my worst encounters with a doctor. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but he immediately met me with defensiveness and a skeptical attitude. Instead of leading the conversation to help me understand the test that were done on me because of my auto accident, and why I may have been referred to see him, he carried a combative tone which felt personal. Ive had no issues on my 3 visits at this location.
I have no complaints with the services provided. I trust my Doctors and I know they are doing the best thing for me. I also like is that it is a multilingual front staff and they are professional in both English and Spanish.
