Tim Hart spent 10 minutes with me, at the maximum. I've had an undiagnosed elbow condition for many weeks. He palpitated the area for no more than 30 seconds and concluded the next best step was a multi-thousand dollar MRI. Lousey hand results because he doesn't listen... too quick to cut
Dr. Hart is absolutely phenomenal. Yes, you may have to wait, but I've never been to an orthopedic practice where I didn't have to wait. When it's your turn, you'll get the highest standard of care.
My appointment which was written down and given to me was at 9:30. I came a few minutes early and waited over 45 minutes. When I checked on how much longer the wait would be they said I was next, but my appointment was at 10:15. I of course checked the paper I was correct. No apology, no admission of them making a mistake. I was told oh well your next.
Great work on my knees but keep me waiting waaaay too long every time I have an apt. I am expected to appear on time but the keep me waiting for up to an hour when I do. Their time is not more valuable than mine.
