Dr Lui, is amazing person.
Dr. Amin did an excellent job on my shoulder replacement. My post operative visit with him and his staff was very welcoming and helpful. He answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
Can't get a phone message answered. Can't get an answer through their patient portal!! When you call you get transferred several times till they get you to a doctors assistant or PA assistant who never answers the phone let alone a voice message and any message left on patient portal. Walking in seems to be your only choice. The only nice thing I can say is my surgery went well and the surgeon Dr. Basmanjian is great!! If I need another surgery for left hip i hope I can have him.
Worst place to go unprofessional
Rude and incredibly difficult to get a hold of.
